Six (6) individuals will be selected to win an Eastside Golf Experience during Sunday, Sept 15 – Monday, Sept 16 that includes the following:
- 1x complimentary entry into the Eastside Golf Invitational presented by Mercedes-Benz at Liberty National Golf Club
- A two-night stay at the Conrad Hotel (the Invitational host hotel) Sunday and Monday night.
- Transportation to main Invitational events provided by Mercedes-Benz
- 1x additional guest to attend the Sunday Parings Party at Mercedes-Benz Manhattan and the Awards dinner at LNGC
· To enter this contest you must (1) using your personal Instagram account, follow Eastside Golf’s Instagram page at @eastsidegolf (2) share Eastside Golf’s Instagram page with three friends by tagging those friends’ personal Instagram account’s on Eastside Golf’s page; and (3) complete and submit the entrance form available at www.eastsidegolf.com
· The contest will begin on or about 12:01 a.m. on 8/8/2024 and close on 11:59 p.m. on 8/29/2024. The Tournament, defined below, is scheduled to begin at or about 6pm on 9/15 in New York City at Mercedes Benz of Manhattan and six eligible contest entrants will be chosen at random, using a randomized computer program, from all eligible entrants, to be awarded free participation in the Tournament. The award is not transferrable or assignable, only the winning contestant may redeem the prize and participate in the Tournament. If during the time the window is open no eligible entrants complete the necessary requirements, then no tournament spots will awarded.
· Only individuals who reside within the United States America will be eligible to enter the contest, and the contest is void as to any jurisdiction where the terms described herein are prohibited by law.
· To the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all disputes arising from this contest will be resolved solely by binding arbitration pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
· By entering or otherwise participating in the contest, you agree to these official rules and terms and conditions which are a binding contract, so you must read them all carefully before entering. Without limitation, this contract includes indemnities to Eastside Golf from you and a limitation of your rights and remedies.
· Eastside Golf is not responsible for any difficulties which may cause the Tournament to be delayed, postponed, or cancelled, including weather events, natural disasters, issues faced by the course or property on which the Tournament is intended to be held, or any other event which may cause the Tournament not to take place on the scheduled date, time, and location. To the extent that the Tournament is delayed, winners of this contest will be permitted to participate on the newly scheduled date and time.
· Winners of this contest may be required to show proof of their identity and their completion of the entry requirements, and Eastside Golf will not be responsible for the consequences of any entrants’ inability to provide such proof.
· Subject to applicable law, any winner hereby expressly grants to Eastside Golf and their respective successors, assigns, sublicensees and designees, the irrevocable right to use and publish his/her name, Instagram handle, and likeness, for all purposes, including, without limitation, advertising, marketing, and promotional and publicity purposes.
· Eastside Golf is not responsible for the actions of the contest entrants in connection with this contest, including any entrants’ attempts to circumvent the rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest or the Tournament.
· The Tournament will be held and governed in accordance with its own rules, terms, and conditions, which are incorporated by reference herein, and Eastside Golf is not responsible for the consequences to any entrant of failing to comply with those rules, terms, and conditions, which are accessible at www.Eastsidegolf.com (the “Tournament”).
· To the extent permitted by law, Eastside Golf assumes no responsibility or liability for lost or stolen property, inaccurate entry information, unauthorized access or theft of social media data, any technical malfunction or failure, inaccessibility or unavailability of internet functions, or any injury or damage to any entrants or any other person who may be involved with the contest or the Tournament.
To the extent permitted by law, all entrants, as a condition of participation in this contest, agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Eastside Golf and each of its officers, employees, successors, and assigns, from and against any and all liability, claims, costs, losses, damages, fines, or actions of any kind in connection with this contest and the Tournament. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute regarding the construction of these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any arbitration proceeding resulting from this contest will take place in the State of New York.
